A re-sign of a previously cancelled or lapsed job
Re-sign — extra requirements If transferring a deposit from a previous job, the previous job's cancellation form must be submitted first, and any outstanding costs on the previous job must be carried into this one. Your Sales Manager will verify this before approval.
Estimated date titles are expected
Heads-up If titles are 3+ months from the sale month, a delayed-commencement allowance must be included in the contract — your Sales Manager will check this before approval.
